Coffee Tonic

The ultra-trendy coffee tonic comes to life as a lightly sweet and refreshing beverage naturally sweetened with honey — an ingredient growing in popularity.

Ingredients

  • Green Mountain Coffee® Nantucket Blend® 4 oz.
  • Ice 2.5 cup
  • Tonic 8 oz.
  • Honey syrup 1 oz.
  • Nondairy creamer 1 tbsp.

Preparation

  1. In a shaker with 2 cups of ice, brew 4 oz. of Green Mountain Coffee® Nantucket Blend® and strain immediately into a 20 oz. glass.
  2. Add tonic water, honey syrup, and 0.5 cup ice.
  3. Stir to combine and finish with nondairy creamer.
  4. Serve immediately.
