Vietnamese Iced Coffee Cocktail

Popular in the culinary world, Southeast Asian flavors are spilling over into beverages like this one which boasts the growing interest in rum.

Ingredients

  • Green Mountain Coffee® Dark Magic® Extra Bold 4 oz.
  • Ice 2 cups
  • Sweetened condensed milk 2 oz.
  • Aged rum 1.5 oz.
  • Mint, sprig As needed

Preparation

  1. Fill a 16 oz. glass with ice and brew 4 oz. Green Mountain Coffee® Dark Magic® Extra Bold.
  2. Stir in sweetened condensed milk and rum until combined.
  3. Garnish with a sprig of mint.
  4. Serve immediately.
