Cortado de Cocoa

The balanced, creamy half-milk, half-coffee cortado turns playfully indulgent with a bold, single-origin, dark-roast espresso, and the delightful addition of steamed chocolate milk.

Ingredients

  • Green Mountain Coffee Roasters® Single Origin Sumatra Reserve 8 ounces whole bean coffee
  • Double Espresso Shot 1.5 oz / 36 g
  • Steamed Chocolate Milk 90 g

Preparation

  1. Grind whole coffee beans to fine grounds and place in espresso machine
  2. Tamp ground coffee in espresso basket
  3. Steam chocolate milk and mix with espresso in cup
  4. Serve immediately
