Cortado

Equal parts milk and coffee, the bright, crisp notes of a light roast meld with espresso and steamed milk for an ideal balance of coffee and creaminess.

Ingredients

  • Green Mountain Coffee Roasters® Breakfast Blend 2 Tbsp Whole Coffee Beans
  • Double Espresso Shot 1.5 oz / 36 g
  • Steamed Whole Milk 90 g

Preparation

  1. Grind whole coffee beans to fine grounds and place in espresso machine
  2. Tamp ground coffee down in espresso basket
  3. Steam milk and mix with espresso in cup
  4. Serve immediately
