Cortado de Cocoa
The balanced, creamy half-milk, half-coffee cortado turns playfully indulgent with a bold, single-origin, dark-roast espresso, and the delightful addition of steamed chocolate milk.
Ingredients
- Green Mountain Coffee Roasters® Single Origin Sumatra Reserve 8 ounces whole bean coffee
- Double Espresso Shot 1.5 oz / 36 g
- Steamed Chocolate Milk 90 g
Preparation
- Grind whole coffee beans to fine grounds and place in espresso machine
- Tamp ground coffee in espresso basket
- Steam chocolate milk and mix with espresso in cup
- Serve immediately
