French Vanilla Affogato

The dessert side of coffee comes to life with the smokiness of French Roast coffee and espresso cooled with creamy, melting French Vanilla ice cream and a hint of hazelnut.


  • Tully’s® French Roast (extra bold dark) 8 oz whole bean coffee
  • Double Espresso Shot 1.5 oz / 36 g
  • French Vanilla Ice Cream 2 oz scoops
  • Hazelnut Simple Syrup ½ fl oz


  1. Grind whole coffee beans to fine grounds and place in espresso machine
  2. Tamp ground coffee in espresso basket
  3. Add 2 scoops of French Vanilla ice cream
  4. Pour espresso over ice cream in cup
  5. Add hazelnut simple syrup
  6. Serve immediately
