Salted Caramel Affogato
Coffee doubles as a sweet treat with the combination of a dark, smoky and sweet Colombia Huila espresso and a hint of vanilla that gently melt a scoop of salty-sweet caramel ice cream.
Ingredients
- Laughing Man® Coffee Colombia Huila 8 oz whole bean coffee
- Double Espresso Shot 1.5 oz / 36 g
- Salted Caramel Ice Cream 2 scoops
- Vanilla Simple Syrup ¼ fl oz
Preparation
- Grind whole coffee beans to fine grounds and place in espresso machine
- Tamp ground coffee in espresso basket
- Steam chocolate milk and mix with espresso in cup
- Add 2 scoops salted vanilla ice cream
- Pour espresso over ice cream
- Add vanilla simple syrup
- Serve immediately
