Salted Caramel Affogato

Coffee doubles as a sweet treat with the combination of a dark, smoky and sweet Colombia Huila espresso and a hint of vanilla that gently melt a scoop of salty-sweet caramel ice cream.


  • Laughing Man® Coffee Colombia Huila 8 oz whole bean coffee
  • Double Espresso Shot 1.5 oz / 36 g
  • Salted Caramel Ice Cream 2 scoops
  • Vanilla Simple Syrup ¼ fl oz


  1. Grind whole coffee beans to fine grounds and place in espresso machine
  2. Tamp ground coffee in espresso basket
  3. Steam chocolate milk and mix with espresso in cup
  4. Add 2 scoops salted vanilla ice cream
  5. Pour espresso over ice cream
  6. Add vanilla simple syrup
  7. Serve immediately
